I was annoyed because the delivery took way longer than it should have. I kept checking the tracking like, come on already. But once they finally showed up, I tried the insoles and... okay, fine, they’re actually really comfortable. Still not happy about the wait, but the product itself is solid

The fit was decent for me, and I think most customers would probably find them comfortable enough at first. But after a few months, the inserts started wearing down more than I expected. For the price, I feel like a lot of us would hope they’d last longer.

I was a little skeptical about ordering custom insoles online, but this ended up working out way better than I expected. The foot impression kit was straightforward, and the insoles fit my feet a lot better than anything I’ve grabbed off a store shelf.
The biggest thing I noticed is that the arch support actually feels like it was shaped for me, not just some generic cushion shoved into a shoe. It did take a few days for my feet to adjust, but after that they started feeling totally normal to wear.
Overall I’m happy with Upstep. The fit feels personal, and I can tell they didn’t just mail me something random. If anything had gone wrong I’d probably be blaming whoever runs this, but it was a solid experience.

Doing the foam impression kit was more annoying than I thought it would be. The instructions were decent, but I kept second-guessing whether I pressed down deep enough and ended up having to redo one foot. It took longer than expected and just felt way too easy to mess up. I also reached out for help and felt like I got stuck in a bit of a support loop, with replies sending me back to the same instructions instead of really clearing it up. Not a terrible experience overall, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

I bought these sport insoles for running and basketball, and at first the fit seemed okay, okay enough that I thought they might work. But after a few weeks, my arches were still sore and I didn’t feel much extra support when I was moving around.
Customer service did reply, but it took some back and forth, back and forth, which was a little frustrating. For the price, I just expected more. They might be fine for walking, but for my runs and sports, they weren’t really it for me.

I’m guessing from how much better my feet felt afterward that these are actually doing their job. Long walks used to leave my feet sore, but now they hurt a lot less and I can keep going more comfortably.

They fit well and feel sturdy, if that makes sense, so overall I’m happy with what I got for the price. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but I’d still say it was worth it

I wasn’t totally sure these were going to fit right, but they actually did on the first try. No weird rubbing or sore spots so far, which is all I was hoping for. I guess I’m happy with them.

I had a quick question about the sizing because I wasn’t totally sure which one to go with, and support replied faster than I expected. It wasn’t exactly a perfect answer or anything, but they pointed me in the right direction and helped enough for me to figure it out

I had to send my insoles back and figured it was going to be a whole hassle, but it really wasn’t. The refund came through quickly, quickly, and support was nice about it the whole time. No drama at all.

I’ve been wearing these on long days, my feet don’t hurt like they used to, which is a huge plus. They’re super comfortable overall, though I’m still not totally sure they’re perfect in every way. But for comfort, they’ve definitely helped a lot.
